The company’s board approved these results during their meeting on Saturday.

Total revenue from operations stood at ₹27,601 crore in Q4 FY25, compared to ₹29,190 crore in Q4 FY24. Export revenue showed improvement, reaching ₹11,378 crore, up from ₹9,116 crore in the corresponding quarter.

For the full fiscal year 2024-25, MRPL recorded a PAT of ₹51 crore, compared to ₹3,596 crore in FY24, representing a 98.58% decline. Annual revenue from operations increased to ₹1,09,277 crore from ₹1,05,223 crore in the previous year.

Business Expansion and Growth
MRPL demonstrated strong commitment to retail expansion in FY25:
- Added 66 new retail outlets, bringing the total to 167
- Commissioned the Devangonthi marketing terminal in Bengaluru
- Commenced distribution of motor spirit, high speed diesel, and aviation turbine fuel from the new terminal
